Privacy Policy

Information ARX uses
When you sign in with Google, ARX receives your verified Google account identifier, email address, display name, and basic profile information. ARX does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or other Google services.
Server information
ARX stores the node, Minecraft server, player, backup, settings, activity, and telemetry information needed to provide the dashboard. Each account is separated from other accounts in the application.
How information is used
Information is used only to authenticate you, associate your nodes and servers with your account, operate requested server-management features, maintain security, and diagnose service problems. ARX does not sell personal information.
Account requests
ARX records whether your account request is pending, approved, rejected, or revoked; who approved it; and when you accepted the current Terms of Service. This information is used to control access and maintain an audit trail.
Children's privacy
ARX is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly accept account requests from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 supplied personal information, contact the operator so it can be removed.
Storage and security
Dashboard traffic is protected in transit through HTTPS and Cloudflare Tunnel. Authentication sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so access should be limited to trusted administrators and strong Google account security should be enabled.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept while an account and its managed infrastructure remain in use, and may also exist temporarily in operational backups. To request access to or deletion of account data, contact [email protected].
Changes
This policy may be updated as ARX Hosting develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
