Private beta

ARX Hosting is prerelease software provided for evaluation and testing. Bugs, downtime, incomplete features, breaking changes, and data loss are possible. Do not rely on ARX as the only copy of an important world, configuration, or backup.

Eligibility and approval

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms for you. Creating an account request does not guarantee access; an ARX administrator must approve your verified email and may later suspend or revoke access.

Authorized use

You may use ARX only on computers, game servers, accounts, networks, and files that you own or are authorized to administer. You are responsible for protecting your Google account and for activity performed through your ARX account.

Acceptable use

Do not use ARX for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware, harassment, denial-of-service activity, infringement, evasion of network controls, or content that creates unreasonable risk for ARX, its operator, other users, or connected systems.

Your servers and third-party services

You remain responsible for your server content, players, software and content licenses, moderation, security settings, and compliance with Minecraft, Mojang or Microsoft, mod, plugin, Docker, Playit, Cloudflare, Google, hosting-provider, and network-service terms. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change independently of ARX.

Backups and availability

ARX backup features are provided as a convenience and may fail. Keep tested, independent backups outside the managed node. The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and features may be modified or removed during beta.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, ARX is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. The operator is not responsible for lost worlds, corrupted files, downtime, lost revenue, player actions, third-party failures, or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited, suspended, rejected, or revoked when needed to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You may stop using ARX and request deletion of your account data at any time.

Changes

Material changes will use a new terms version. You will be required to review and accept the updated terms before continuing to use the dashboard.
